2. Services Offered

Scoop Smart provides professional dog waste removal services for residential properties, including:

  • One-Off Cleanings
  • Weekly Visits
  • Custom Schedules

We strive to maintain high standards of reliability and hygiene in all our Services.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription Plans:

    • Our subscription plans provide regular garden cleaning services. Payments are processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
    • Subscriptions may be reactivated at any point by contacting us or logging into your account.
  • Cancellation of Subscription:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, we will continue to provide the Service until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled Service will incur the full charge for that visit.
    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a credit to your account, which may be redeemed on future cleans.
    • If we are unable to access the property due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, the full charge will be applied for that visit.
  • One-Off Cleanings:

    • Payment for one-off cleanings is due at the time of booking.

4. Changes to Service Schedule

While we make every effort to arrive on the scheduled day and time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or operational issues may require us to alter the day or time of the Service.

  • Notification:
    • In the event of a schedule change, we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details provided.
    • We will endeavour to reschedule your Service at the next available opportunity. However, this may not always be possible.

5. Service Limitations and Exceptions

  • While we strive to provide thorough cleaning, there may be limitations due to weather conditions, ground cover (e.g., snow, leaves), or other environmental factors that make waste collection difficult or incomplete.
  • Scoop Smart is not responsible for waste that is not visible or accessible due to these circumstances.

6. Access to Property

  • It is your responsibility to ensure we have access to the area requiring cleaning.
  • If we are unable to access the property due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, the visit will be marked as incomplete, and the full charge will be applied.
  • All pets, including dogs that are not friendly or are nervous, must be securely contained during our visit to ensure the safety of our staff.

7. Waste Disposal

  • Scoop Smart collects and disposes of dog waste by placing it in the customer’s designated bin.
  • Once the waste is placed in the designated bin, the responsibility for its safe disposal rests solely with the customer.

8. Safety and Hygiene

  • We utilise professional equipment and environmentally responsible methods to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
  • While we strive to remove all visible waste, there may be instances where complete removal is not possible, such as when excessive leaves or debris are present.

9. Photographic Evidence

  • We will make reasonable efforts to take photographic evidence upon completion of the Service and after securing the property.
  • However, due to unforeseen circumstances, photographic evidence may not always be possible.

10. Communication

  • We aim to send a text message prior to each visit to notify you of our arrival time.
  • However, there may be occasions when this is not possible due to operational constraints.

11. Promotions and Offers

  • Scoop Smart may offer promotional campaigns, such as “Recommend a Friend” discounts or other special offers.
  • All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of the offer.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions without prior notice.

12. Complaints Procedure

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality Services. If you are dissatisfied with our Service, please contact us within 24 hours of the visit.
  • Complaints can be submitted via email or phone. We will investigate the issue and aim to resolve it promptly.

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly.
