Nope! As long as we have access to your garden, we can do our job without you needing to be there. If your garden is secured with a locked gate, we’ll arrange a way to access it safely.

We love dogs! If your dog is friendly, we’re happy to work with them around. However, if they are nervous, protective, or likely to interfere with our work, we ask that they be kept inside while we clean.
